We produce original, personalised songs. You answer a short questionnaire about someone in your life; we write and produce a song from those answers and deliver it to you as a digital audio file.

What the service is

Tailored Song is a digital gift service operated by CCC Media LLC. There is one core product: a custom song, made to order.

Delivered as a digital audio file. Nothing is shipped
Licensed for personal, non-commercial use

How the music is produced. Songs are created using third-party AI music generation tools, directed and reviewed by a person working from the customer's answers. The lyrics and arrangement are specific to each order. We do not represent our songs as performances by any named or celebrity recording artist.

Process

How an order works

Questionnaire

The customer answers eight questions: who the song is for, the occasion, how long they've known them, the musical style, a personal detail, both first names, and the feeling the song should carry.

Preview

A 30-second preview is produced from those answers and can be heard free of charge, before any payment is taken.

Purchase and delivery

If the customer chooses to buy, payment is taken by Stripe and the finished song is emailed to the address given at checkout.

Fulfilment

Delivery and fulfilment

Method: digital delivery by email to the address given at checkout. No physical goods are shipped.
Timeframe: typically within a few hours of purchase; always within 24 hours. If an order will take longer, the customer is emailed.
Non-delivery: we resend on request, or refund in full, regardless of how much time has passed.
Corrections: if a detail is wrong, we rebuild the song at no cost.
